Description

The Town of Altona is calling tenders for the Industrial Park – Phase 1 project.

Sealed tenders will be received up to 11:00 a.m. (prevailing Winnipeg time) on December 16, 2022 at the office of JR Cousin Consultants Ltd., 91A Scurfield Blvd., Winnipeg, Manitoba.

Works generally include:

Installation of PVC watermain and sanitary sewer piping
Installation of a sanitary sewer lift station and associated forcemain piping
Construction of concrete roadways
Retention pond excavation and lot grading works
Topsoil and hydroseed restoration.

A pre-tender site meeting is scheduled for 10:00 a.m., December 7, 2022 at the intersection of 14th Avenue NE and 2nd Street NE.

Lowest or any bid may not necessarily be accepted.
