The Obashkaandagaang First Nation is requesting proposals for the supply of a dissolved air floatation and filtration water treatment system for a new water treatment plant. Digital copies of proposals, with hard copies to follow, will be received up to 2:00 pm local time on November 6, 2019 at jrcousin@jrcc.ca. Hardcopies are to be received by 5:00 pm, November 8, 2019 at the office of JR Cousin Consultants Ltd. (JRCC), 91A Scurfield Blvd., Winnipeg, Manitoba.

Generally the works are to include:

shop drawings
dissolved air floatation system assembly
Chemical feed system
SCADA system
O&M manuals
Start-up, commissioning, and training.
