Description

Lake St. Martin First Nation Chief and Council are calling tenders for construction of a new access road and flood protection works for the existing LSMFN Cemetery. The project works must be completed by August 15, 2022. Sealed tenders will be received up to 11:00 a.m. on October 29, 2021 at the office of JR Cousin Consultants Ltd. (JRCC), 91A Scurfield Blvd. Winnipeg, MB.

Works generally include:

1,200 m of new access road
Parking Area
Flood protection dike c/w rip rap around the existing cemetery and expansion area
Drainage, site works, and landscaping
Removal of existing structures.

A test hole dig will be completed onsite starting at 12:00 p.m. on October 18, 2021.

Lowest or any bid may not necessarily be accepted.
