Sealed bids will be received at the offices of LM Architectural Group up to Friday, February 27, 2017 before 2:00:00 pm local time for the Interlake-Eastern Regional Health Authority (IEHRA) - Resident Room Washroom Renvoations at the Betel Home located at 212 Manchester Avenue in Selkirk, Manitoba.
Project Description:
The project involves the interior renovation of twelve resident (2 person) rooms to accomodate individual washrooms serving each room respectively. The work will include associated electrical and mechanical upgrades (lighting, systems and plumbing). Currently two rooms share one centralized bathroom. All new construction and renovations will occur in wings 5 and 6 of the existing Betel Home - Selkirk facility located at 212 Manchester Avenue in Selkirk, Manitoba.
Milestone Dates:
Tender Release: February 3, 2017
Mandatory Site Visit: 10:00 AM, February 13, 2017 at the Betel Home front entrance, 212 Manchester Avenue, Selkirk, MB.
Tender Closes: February 24th, 2017.
