Description

Hamiota Municipality is calling for tenders to perform road repairs in certain locations between August and September, 2021 as follows:
Repairs to be done at sites indicated on the attached map with site specific information following.

Repair 9 sites estimated at a total length of approximately 3100 yards.
6 yards (width) by 1 yard (depth) of Tire Derived Aggregate to be deposited into excavation.
8 yards (width) by 1 yard (depth) of shale to be deposited into excavation.
Install culverts at sites as indicated in attached chart.
Shale stockpile located behind Hamiota Cemetery (1/2 mile south of Hamiota).
TDA & gravel fill (if required) stockpiled ½ mile West of Hamiota.
All material supplied by Hamiota Municipality.
Excavated material to be disposed of as directed (max. haul distance: return to cemetery).
Roads to be returned to pre-existing conditions.

NOTE: timing subject to delivery of materials previously tendered.
