Doctors Manitoba wants to engage a partner(s) to undertake a consultative process for strategic planning and/or brand research. The successful partner(s) will be able to provide a confirmed/updated vision, mission and values statement and a new strategic plan with key performance indicators to take the organization to 2024, and/or a quantitative and qualitative data-set which will provide the insights for moving forward with developing a brand strategy and visual identity. Key competencies include close collaboration, time management and efficiency, stakeholder engagement and consultative planning sessions with our Board of Directors.
