The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of capturing business requirements, detailed
analysis, high-level architecture and design, planning, resourcing, costing and change management to
develop a comprehensive strategy and work plan to upgrade the Department’s Oracle Utilities Work and
Asset Management System from 1.9.1.2.14 to the most current 2.X version. Major components of work
are identified in D3.1. In addition, the Contractor is expected to explore opportunities for improvement and
address issues raised throughout the length of the engagement to maximize stakeholder value. The Work
concludes with the Contractor providing a recommendation to executing the strategy and work plan for
the next phase.

D3.1.1 The type and quantity of Work to be performed under this Contract shall be as authorized
from time to time by the Contract Administrator and/or Users.
D3.1.2 Subject to C7, the City shall have no obligation under the Contract to purchase any
quantity of any item in excess of its actual operational requirements.
D3.2 The funds available for this Contract are $600,000.
