Lodge Avenue Outfall – (S-MA20003886)
1. Removal and replacement of (+/-) 27.6 m of existing 1800 mm diameter CMP and (+/-) 11.5 m of existing 1850 mm diameter concrete pipe with (+/-) 39.1 m of 1970 mm diameter SPCSP with polymer coating
2. Electrical Upgrades to Grants Old Mill Building and Coordination with MB Hydro for relocation of transformer
3. Installation of temporary shoring
4. Removal of existing concrete pad
5. Installation of 1970 mm diameter angular concrete collar
6. Removal and replacement of standard catch basin and 250 mm diameter lead pipe
7. Connecting new 250 mm diameter lead pipe to new 1970 mm diameter SPCSP
8. Removal and replacement of existing wooden bollard retaining walls (as required)
9. Installation of rockfill riprap
10. Installation of 2.5 m wide rockfill shear key
11. Riverbank regrading
12. Sewer Inspection
13. Removal and replacement of asphalt pathway and pavers (as required)
14. Site restoration
Shier Drive Outfall – (S-MA70041421)
1. Sewer Cleaning
2. Sewer Inspection
Coleridge Park Drive Outfall – (S-MA70011167)
1. Removal of (+/-) 2.0 m of existing 450 DR26 HDPE
2. Installation of precast concrete pipe anchors
3. Installation of rockfill riprap
4. Site Restoration
