D2.          SCOPE OF WORK

D2.1        The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of the construction of a storage
garage and associated/related works located at 10 Allan Blye Drive, Winnipeg: and further
identified as Amber Trail Storage Garage Project. Work shall include the construction of a wood
frame structure on a concrete foundation with associated site work as per contract drawings.

D2.2        The major components of the Work are as follows:
(a)   Demolition of existing
(b)   Supply and installation of new concrete foundation.
(c)    Supply and installation of a new wood frame structure complete with cladding.
(d)   Supply and installation of new mechanical system.
(e)   Supply and installation of new electrical system.
(f)    Supply and installation of new decorative fence and associated site work as per contact
drawings.
(g)   Demonstration and training on all mechanical and electrical systems.
(h)   Apply and pay for all permits and service locates required to perform the Work
(i)     Final cleaning and washing of construction work areas.
D2.3        The funds available for this contract are $139,000.00.

B3.1 Further to C3.1, the Contract Administrator or an authorized representative will be
available at the Site at 10 Allan Blye Drive on November 25, 2021, 10:30 AM to provide Bidders view Site or the Bidder may view without making an appointment.
B3.2 The Bidder is advised to review the City’s latest revision of a COVID-19 Daily
Self-Screening Questionnaire and respond in writing and submit via email to the Contract
Administrator at least one (1) Business Day to the site investigation. Failure to provide written
confirmation to the Contract Administrator may result in the Bidder attendee being denied access to the site investigation.
