D3.          SCOPE OF WORK

D3.1        The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of rehabilitation of various sewer
segments throughout the City of Winnipeg with external point repairs, manhole repairs/replacements, sewer abandonments and full segment renewals. Sewers range from 200mm to 1250mm.

D3.2        The major components of the Work are as follows:
(a)   external point repairs of 200mm-1250mm diameter sewers at approximately 37 locations;
(b)   manhole repairs and replacements;
(c)    full segment renewal on Collingham By;
(d)   sewer service renewals and reconnections;
(e)   abandoning existing sewers, manholes, and catch basins;
(f)    installation of catch basins and catch basin leads;
(g)   sewer and sewer service video inspection and;
(h)   temporary and permanent restoration of boulevard and pavement areas.
