Description

With this Negotiated Request for Proposals (“NRFP”), the Canadian Museum for Human Rights (“CMHR”) is soliciting proposals to plan and implement a Financial Management System (FMS) or Enterprise Resource Planning System (ERP) for the Museum.
The CMHR seeks to procure the software and services of a qualified supplier of a FMS/ERP solution under terms and conditions outlined in this NRFP.

This NRFP is for a FMS/ERP software company that will lead the solution implementation by:

a)    Providing licensed copies of the FMS/ERP software that meets CMHR’s business and technical requirements
b)    Engaging appropriate resources to implement the solution.
c)    Supplying specialized hardware, software and third party add-on software solutions as required to complete the overall solution offering to meet CMHR requirements.

CMHR expects the supplier of the FMS/ERP system to identify and put forward the most appropriate software solution(s) and implementation partner(s) if applicable.

CMHR requires planning stage of the implementation process for the new replacement solution to begin no later than February 26, 2018 with a goal to go live October 1, 2018 and goal of final project closure by October 31, 2018.

Additional Bidding Instructions

Proposals shall be submitted on, and in accordance with, forms supplied by the Museum. All responses are to be submitted to the Museum through the use of MERX Electronic Bid Submission (EBS). Proponents shall be solely responsible for the delivery of their Proposals in the manner and time prescribed.

NRFP Documents and all amendments will be available only through MERX distribution. Any response from a Proponent whose name does not appear on the official MERX document request list (i.e. who has not downloaded the documents themselves) will be declared invalid, and the Proposal will not be considered.
