Description

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified Proponents to supply an On-Premise Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) Traffic Management System (TMS) software package for the Province of Manitoba. Cloud solutions are not under consideration due to security restrictions and need for direct management of the solution.

Manitoba will enter into an Agreement with the Proponent who submits a Proposal that best serves the interests of Manitoba when evaluated in accordance with the stated evaluation criteria.

Proposals are expected to include details on the services they will provide for the ongoing maintenance and support of the solution once implemented. The transition to Application Management Services (AMS) and the requirements for AMS services are included in the Information Package.

Manitoba is requesting a Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) solution than can be configured to meet Business Requirements. The solution licensing can be perpetual or subscription based. Subscription pricing can be provided for monthly or yearly renewals.

Manitoba’s requires that the solution is hosted on premise in Manitoba’s Data Centres
