Description

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified Proponents to provide Manitoba with Licensing Solution Provider (LSP) services to support the management and administration, including order fulfillment for licence agreements, and associated benefits, that Manitoba has with Microsoft. The services described in this RFP will be extended to the Manitoba Public Sector Organizations (PSOs) to access, at their discretion, under the same general terms and conditions. Similar services may be extended to additional enterprise software agreements with software companies such as Adobe.

Manitoba will enter into an Agreement with the Proponent who submits a Proposal that best serves the interests of Manitoba when evaluated in accordance with the stated evaluation criteria.

The agreement will co-terminate with the Enterprise Agreement Manitoba has with Microsoft.
