Description

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified Proponents to provide an Information Technology solution and associated services for a Manitoba Inspections and Compliance System. Manitoba intends to engage a Proponent that has the capability and proven expertise to plan, deliver, and support a solution that best meets the business, technical, and operational requirements provided in this RFP.
Inspections, compliance and enforcement are required, common and comparable processes across provincial and municipal jurisdictions within Canada including Manitoba. In order to assure consumers that the food they purchase is safe and of high quality, it is obligatory to address and monitor issues pertaining to public health, animal welfare, food production and food handling and has expanded today to other programs that require regulatory inspections and compliance.
