Description

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified Proponents to: Supply Enterprise survey software as described in Attachment F – Business Requirements

Manitoba will enter into an Agreement with the Proponent whose submits a Proposal that best serves the interests of Manitoba when evaluated in accordance with the stated evaluation criteria.
The contract will include one-time supply & installation and ongoing operations for the system based on a term of three (3) years plus two (2) optional one-year extensions. Pricing will be evaluated on the total cost over (5) years.
The Government of Manitoba uses online surveys as a method of public consultation and to evaluate the effectiveness of programs and services it delivers to the residents of Manitoba. Data captured by the surveys is analyzed and used to develop and improve program delivery. The Government of Manitoba has used online surveys in this way for over 6 years with great success.

The Government of Manitoba currently publishes up to 160 surveys per year with the number of responses reaching 100,000.
