Description

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified Proponents to: Supply Corporate Internet Search Software as described in Attachment F – Business Requirements

Manitoba will enter into an Agreement with the Proponent whose submits a Proposal that best serves the interests of Manitoba when evaluated in accordance with the stated evaluation criteria.

The contract will include one-time supply & installation and ongoing operations for the system based on a term of three (3) years plus two (2) optional one-year extensions. Pricing will be evaluated on the total cost over (5) years.
