WORK COVERED BY CONTRACT DOCUMENTS
The work involves the replacement of approximately 19 Fire rated doors and/or frames located
in various areas of Building “Y” located at the Headingley Women’s Correctional Centre in
Headingley, Manitoba. The building is in daily use and the contractor shall be required to coordinate
his work while allowing for ongoing facility routine. The contractor(s) shall provide all labour, materials, supervision, superintendence and associated services whether or not shown or specified in detail, for the completion of the project as described and shown on Drawings.

SITE VISIT

1. Bidders MUST attend site examination on October 16, 2019 at 2:00 pm.
2. Bidders shall meet at the Reception Area at the Women’s Correctional Centre, 31 Routledge Avenue, Headingley, Manitoba.
