The Government of Manitoba, as represented by the Minister of Finance, Accommodation Services Division, seeks to select a qualified Contractor through a Two (2) Stage procurement process to provide General Contracting for the refurbishment of the Memorial Park Fountain located in Memorial Park in Winnipeg, Manitoba. The Contractor shall ensure that they are responsible to provide a submission that includes all labour, materials, supplies and equipment. Substantial Completion must be by March 31, 2020 and Total Completion must be by no later than June 1, 2020.
Stage 1 - Prequalification. The Bidder must prequalify by submitting their comprehensive Technical Bid outlining the requirements in the RFT. The Bidder must acquire a PASS mark to participate in Stage 2, as per section B 8.4.
Stage - Invitation to Submit Financial Bid. All Bidders who receive a PASS mark in Stage 1 will be invited to submit their Financial Bid. An invitation to submit a Financial Bid shall only be provided to the Bidders who receive a PASS mark. Manitoba intends to send the Invitation to Submit a Financial Bid to the pre-qualified Bidders within approximately 10 business days after the Submission Deadline for Technical Bid. The pre-qualified Bidders shall be provided approximately 10 business days to submit their Financial Bid to Manitoba from the date of the invitation.
