Accommodation Services Division (ASD), further referred to as the “Owner”, is accepting Proposals from qualified architectural firms to act as the Architect/Prime Consultant to lead an interdisciplinary team of consultants, providing the full scope of architectural and engineering services associated with the planning, design, implementation of Fire Separation and Fire Stopping upgrades to the University College of the North (UCN) The Pas Campus in The Pas, Manitoba (the “Project”).

Event Note

A mandatory site visit and information session has been scheduled at 9:30 am local time on Tuesday, February 5, 2019 at 436 – 7th Street E., The Pas, Manitoba. A charter from Winnipeg to The Pas is being scheduled for the site visit. Each Proponent team is limited maximum of three seats (Prime + Sub-consultant) on the charter. Proponents wishing to reserve a seat on the charter are to contact ASD no later than 3:30 pm January 28, 2019 to obtain information regarding the charter. Proposals will not be accepted from proponents who have not attended the mandatory site visit. Registration at the site visit is required. Failure to attend and register will lead to the non-acceptance of the tender by the owner.
