Manitoba Finance is in the process of tendering a project involving HVAC Upgrades at The Pas Courthouse.
The project involves replacement of the building's existing VAV boxes, hydronic reheat coils and associated control valves, and retrofitting of I/P transducers for control of existing pneumatic baseboard heater control valves. The new equipment is to be monitored and controlled by the existing Delta DDC system. As Phase One of the tendering process, KGS Group is pre-qualifying experienced Prime Contractors to bid on this project.
The work will take place while the facility is still in operation. Therefore the selected contractor will be required to obtain and submit criminal record checks for all personnel that will be on site. Site personnel must also follow the required facility sign-in and security protocols during construction.
KGS Group is inviting interested Prime Contractors to submit their company information and other information required by KGS Group on or before 2:00 PM April 26, 2019 at 3rd Floor, 865 Waverley Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba, R3T 5P4. Refer to the attached information package for prjoect details. Contractors are required to complete the submission form and all attached information required by KGS Group.
The evaluation process will be based on information provided by contractors and therefore all information provided must be complete and legible.
