DescriptionA - Previous Amendment

The Government of Manitoba, as represented by the Minister of Central Services, Accommodation Services Division, seeks to select a qualified Consultant through this procurement process to provide Prime Consulting services (including all labour, materials, supplies and equipment) for the design, specifications, scheduling, testing, tendering, and contract administration for the repair to the underground Legislative Tunnel running from the Central Powerhouse, including the short legs to the Old Law Courts and the Land Titles Building (219 Memorial Blvd.) south to the Legislative Building (450 Broadway Avenue).

The underground tunnel houses utility and service lines for the Legislative Building and it is essential to maintain all services during construction unless acknowledged and authorized by the Project Authority.
