Manitoba Central Services, Asset Management, Real Estate and Contract Services Branch is asking interested parties to provide information for a potential lease of space that meets the following criteria:
Commencing on or about August/ 2020 ;
Approximately 50,000 - 100,000 (+/-) usable square feet (ft2) of industrial warehouse spaces
The Leased Accommodations must be located within the boundaries of the geographic area in City of Winnipeg, and surrounding Rural Municipalities.
Information provided by interested parties or agents of interested parties should include the location and municipal address of the building, current zoning, specific location of space within the building, measured area of space, ceiling height, loading, all building systems identified, drawings identifying the space with washrooms, exits and other design elements, private/public parking facilities, and details addressing the criteria. Agents submitting a response to this email must provide Real Estate and Contract Services with a letter authorizing them to do so from the property owners and or authorized personnel.
All responses requested by 5 pm on or before July 20th, 2020.
