Description

The Government of Manitoba, as represented by the Minister of Central Services, Capital Planning
and Project Delivery, seeks to select a qualified Contractor to provide mechanical services
(including all labour, materials, supplies and equipment) at the Headingley Correctional Centre as
outlined in the contract documents. In general, the work includes replacement of steam,
condensate and domestic water pipe in a 65 meter long underground utility tunnel, with excavation
required to gain access to the tunnel and landscaping and asphalt work to return the area to preconstruction
condition.
