The Government of Manitoba, as represented by the Minister of Central Services is issuing this Stage 2 Request for Proposals ('RFP2") to Pre-Qualified Service Providers for Design and Construction Services for access improvements for the David Young Building at the Selkirk Mental Health Centre in Selkirk, Manitoba.

This RFP2 is, accordingly, being issued to invite Stage 2 Proposals from the following four (4) Stage 2 Proponents:
