The Manitoba Law Courts complex located at 408 York Avenue in Winnipeg, Manitoba consists of three large buildings that are all connected; formerly called (Old Law Courts, New Law Courts, and Old Land Titles Building) that require the following maintenance services:
1. Inspection (monthly, quarterly, and semi-annually – see Appendix B for details)
2. Testing
3. Maintenance
4. Equipment Conditions report
5. Provide Access for Annual Inspection of Smoke and Fire Devices in Elevator shafts
6. As-and-when requested work

A monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual inspections shall be required. After each inspection a checklist (See Appendix C & D) will be required (or equivalent checklist upon approval from Facility Manager or Manitoba Representative) to be provided to the Facility Manager or Manitoba Representative after each scheduled inspection, as per maintenance requirements.

On an annual basis the elevator mechanic will be required to provide an equipment conditions report that will be used by Manitoba Finance for their building management plan, unless otherwise specified by the Manitoba Representative.

Manitoba Finance requires response time based on the table found in Appendix “A” section 3.6 – Priority Response Requirements.
