Description

The Request for Tender is by invitation to prequalified bidders only.
The Government of Manitoba, as represented by the Minister of Central Services, Asset Management, seeks to select a qualified Contractor to provide a detached fully enclosed secure open-air exercise area for inmates, directly adjacent to the existing building, including all labour, materials, supplies and equipment, for the Correctional Centre located at 300 Third Street East, The Pas, Manitoba.
A mandatory Bidder's meeting will be held via video conference (Microsoft Teams) on January 20, 2021 at 2:00 pm Central Standard Time (CST). Bidders are to submit all attendees names via email to reynaldo.quiogue@gov.mb.ca before end of day January 19, 2021. Further instructions will be emailed to the attendees with the link to the virtual meeting. Attendance will be recorded at the Bidder’s Meeting.
Deadline for questions is February 16, 2021. Questions are to be submitted via email to nicole.doherty@gov.mb.ca.
Submission deadline is Febraury 23, 2021 at 2:00:00 pm CST. Bidders must submit their Bids through electronic submission by upload to MERX. No other form of bid submission will be accepted. It is soley the Bidder's responsibility to ensure the Bid is received prior to the submission deadline.
