Description

The Government of Manitoba, as represented by the Minister of Central Services, ("Owner") is seeking Proposals from qualified Proponents to act as the Construction Manager ("CM") to provide construction management services, as further described in this RFP, and for the Owner to enter into a Contract with the Proponent whose Proposal is deemed to best serve the interests of the Owner when evaluated in accordance with the stated evaluation criteria provided under Part 4 of this RFP.
The project will include the envelope remediation of the existing Centennial Concert Hall (the "Project"), including: a major limestone recladding project, drainage solutions, engineered angle supports, new insulation, remediation of asbestos and new roofing systems.
