Description

The Government of Manitoba, as represented by the Minister of Central Services, Asset Management, seeks to select a qualified Contractor to provide building cleaning services and minor grounds maintenance (including all labour, cleaning materials, supplies and equipment) at the following building:

LEAF RAPIDS TOWN CENTER
LEAF RAPIDS, MANITOBA (the “Building”).

Agreement Term: April 1, 2021 - March 31, 2022
Plus two (2) additional, one (1) year terms

Attendance at the building tour is not mandatory but Bidders are encouraged to visit the facility to obtain an understanding of the scope of work required prior to submitting a Bid. Optional building tour will take place on the following date and time:

February 25, 2021 (Thursday) at 11:30 am

Bidders wishing to attend the optional building tour must pre-register with Jacob Oyeyode or John McDonald at (204) 473-8230 no later than the end of business day Tuesday, February 23, 2021.
