This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba (“Manitoba”), as represented by the Department of Labour, Consumer Protection & Government
Services, Capital Project Planning and Delivery (“CPPD”) on behalf of the owner of the project, Manitoba Institute of Trades & Technology (“Owner”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for complete design-build services of replacing two boilers at the MITT Pembina Campus at 1551 Pembina Highway, as further described in Section 1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix 3) (the “Work”).
CPPD is administering this RFP process. For the purposes of this procurement process, the “RFP Contact” will be:

Proponents and their representatives are not permitted to contact any employees, officers, agents, elected or appointed officials, or other representatives of Manitoba or CPPD or MITT other than the RFP Contact, concerning matters regarding this RFP. Failure to adhere to this rule may result in the disqualification of the proponent and the rejection of the proponent’s proposal.
Deadline for questions June 16, 2022. All questions must be submitted to the Contract Administrator at cppdprocurement@gov.mb.ca. CPPD will only address questions that were sent to this email address.
Proponents are not entitled to rely on information received from CPPD, the Owner’s representatives or other third parties at the site viewing unless the RFP Contact has provided the information in writing.
Bid submission deadline is June 24, 2022 at 2:00:00 P.M. CDT. This is an ebid submission and all bids must be uploaded through MERX. No other form of submission is accepted for this tender. Please read the tender documents carefully regarding the e-bid requirements.
