Description

The purpose and intent of this Request for Quote (‘RFQ’) is for March of Dimes Canada (‘MODC’) to invite qualified firm(s) or individual(s) experienced in the community and non-profit sectors to submit quotes for the following:

Conduct data collection through multiple modes (i.e., online, phone and mailout) for an established survey with MODC clients to gain feedback on their experience with Community Support Services (CSS) over a 2-year period.
Conduct data analysis of the survey data and complete a comprehensive report within the context of improving client experience.
Data collection, analysis and reporting will take place once per year per the contract for a period of up to two (2) years.
