Description

The Information Systems & Decision Support Services (ISDS) team at LOFT Community Services is
seeking a Business Intelligence (BI) solution that will allow LOFT to leverage its information sources to
enhance performance management and reporting. In addition to providing the software solution, the
vendor is required to provide services related to the installation, integration and ongoing maintenance
and support for this solution.

Loft Community Services is seeking a solution that has the following general objectives:
- Acquire a single Solution that will satisfy all reporting and Business Intelligence needs.
- Acquire a Solution that is secure and enables compliance with the Personal Health Information
Protection Act (PHIPA).
- A Solution that is scalable and maintainable.
- A Solution that provides connectivity to multiple platforms.
- A Solution that can be customized to provide a custom report look and feel.
