RFP 2022-001 - Ethics Hotline

This RFP is an invitation to prospective proponents to submit proposals to design and implement an “Ethics Hotline”.  As a key component of LAO’s compliance and ethics program, the Ethics Hotline is an impartial tool that allows members of the public, LAO clients, service providers and staff to submit complaints of fraud or wrong-doing.  The Ethics Hotline would be accessed via a toll-free telephone number and/or a hyperlink on LAO’s external website to a third party service provider.  Live operators must be available and able to answer multiple calls and emails simultaneously 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
