To create a relevant and meaningful design and proposal we acknowledge that you will want to see the site firsthand. We will make arrangements for those interested to visit the site and explore the possibilities to help with your overall proposal and design.

Site visits must be scheduled sometime between the release of the RFP and the deadline (October 24 and November 25, 2022). Please contact Paul Ditner, Facilities Supervisor (519-212-7129) to set this up. There will be no further site visits arranged after the submission deadline.
