Description

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to invite proponents to submit a proposal to supply an Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP) to the purchaser, KidsAbility – Centre for Child Development (KidsAbility).
The goal of KidsAbility is to find a proponent who can provide us with a wide range of EFAP services across the regions where our employees and their families live and available in a variety of service delivery modes. KidsAbility is looking for a long-term partner; one that understands our business and can grow with us, as our funding permits. The successful proponent will have a professional, accessible program which offers prompt and responsive customer service, and will have proven expertise with EFAPs. We are looking to obtain quality services at the best overall value
