Description

As part of the Global Preferences Program, Innovapost, on behalf of the Canada Post Group of Companies (CPCG), intends to procure a SaaS solution of enhanced privacy controls in the form of 1) a Cookie Consent Management Solution and, 2) a Personal Information Mapping tool.
Though there is a preference to award a single contract to a single service provider for both requirements, two contracts will be issued, should it become clear that superior solutions can be obtained through individual Bidders.

(Please note where the term “cookie” is used, it refers to cookies and other online tracking technologies.)

CPCG is a seeking the above-described solutions that would assist it in meeting certain organizational obligations under the applicable Canadian and/or international privacy laws such as Canada’s Privacy Act, the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
