Description

The purpose for the RFP is to ensure we have the appropriate solution to continue to meet the immediate demand for customer insights for the digital channel. Increased corporate focus on this data requires a flexible tool that provides easy implementation of surveys and quick analysis of the responses.

Collaboration will continue with other corporate functions to ensure alignment with Customer Service and Customer Experience initiatives. It is only then that we will be in a position to define the long-term requirements to understand the end-to-end customer journey and measure the impact of customer experience initiatives.
