IO is seeking a Respondent to develop a set of Project Specific Output Specifications (“PSOS”) template structures, supporting guidelines and associated training documents to be used within the Alternate Financing and Procurement (“AFP”) portfolio for current and future projects. It is intended that this exercise will introduce repeatability from both the owner’s perspective and the bidding community’s perspective.
