PRE-NOTICE FOR REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS #24-1004. Please note this is not an RFP. There is no RFP attached.

On behalf of SOLGEN, IO will be conducting an open, competitive process to procure third-party services to provide Architect of Record consulting services for the Brockville Correctional Complex & St. Lawrence Valley Correctional Treatment Centre (“BCC-SLVCTC”) Project. As such, IO advises prospective suppliers that it intends to release a non-binding Request for Proposals (RFP), as noted above, on MERX. IO makes no guarantee of the value or volume of work to be assigned from the award of any contract(s) resulting from this procurement. It is anticipated that the RFP will be posted on MERX around the beginning of July 2024, with an anticipated award date of Fall 2024.
