Description

We seek to retain a consulting firm that, in close collaboration with the IO team, will:
Develop IO’s Employee Value Proposition (EVP). The EVP should:
Express what makes IO unique as an employer and a compelling place to work
Provide a clear understanding of the investment made in all aspects of rewards for employees
Build IO’s employer brand in recruiting and retaining talent
Propose an implementation plan that includes communication of the EVP to current employees and potential employees, as well as integration into appropriate processes of the employee life cycle and employment branding.
Provide support to the IO team during implementation, as required.
