Description

Information Services Corporation is seeking competitive proposals for an Enterprise Voice and Unified Communications System that integrates its communication and collaboration systems with a Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) integrated voice and data system. ISC is an international company based in Regina, Saskatchewan with subsidiary offices in Toronto, Montreal, and Dublin, Ireland. Solutions proposed for this RFP are to include the delivery of services to these locations with scalability for future growth.

ISC’s Saskatchewan telephone system is currently Centrex IP which has become end-of-life with limited functionality. ISC intends to migrate to a solution with productivity enhancing features with voice and data integrated with their subsidiaries to provide users a unified communication solution.
