Additional Bidding Instructions

Proponents are to upload their Proposals via our Workspace platform. Proponents must send an email no later than Friday September 27, 2024 to submissions@hydroottawa.com requesting access to the Workplace platform.

A separate email will then be sent to Proponents with a link to access the Workspace platform. Proponents who do not receive a link to register to Workspace, should check their junk email and spam folders or reach out to their IT Department. The email invitation will be resent if required.
