Description

The successful vendor will be awarded a contract for the duration of the work, or until March 31, 2017. The budget for this project is $55,000 from the current 2016/17 fiscal year, expiring on March 31, 2017. Any and all work performed until this date, will be paid from the current budget. Any work not completed by the year-end date will not be awarded, done, or paid from this fiscal year. Any outstanding work not completed, will be reassessed in the new fiscal based on the approved budget and may or may not be completed in the new fiscal year. Much of this decision will be based on the weather and the ability to work on-site prior to year-end. The goal is to complete this project by May/15/2017.
