As part of their greater Sustainability Initiative Humber College is undertaking the window and door replacement project in Building J to reduce Building Energy Consumption.
The following items are to be included in the project as part of the scope. Please refer to the Tender Documents for the full Project Scope.

Demolition of the existing doors and windows in preparation for the new construction.
Abatement of existing Asbestos in the areas of window and door replacement.
Roof removal and repair in the areas affected by the replacement of the windows
New Metal roofing System
New sheet metal flashing and trim
Window replacement
Door replacement
New EIFS work at doors areas and above windows
New Door and Hardware replacement
New Masonry
