Description

There is an organizational need to review the production and management of Hôpital Montfort’s workforce schedules, and the interface between the schedule and the payroll. Currently, workforce scheduling management is not standardized within Hospital and is currently done manually, a process prone to errors, and one that is not appropriate to the complexity of Hôpital Montfort’s operations.
Therefore, Hôpital Montfort is seeking a solution which will standardize, automate and streamline the processes related to workforce and schedule management to become more efficient, based on predefined rules.
