1.1 - Statement of Requirements

This Request for Quote (“RFQ”) is an invitation to prospective Proponents to submit Quotes for the provision of support for our Mitel equipment. Hôpital Montfort is looking for a two (2) years contract with the option, in favor to the purchaser, to extend for two (2) additional period of one (1) year.

General Description:

Hôpital Montfort is looking for a certified Gold or platinum channel Mitel partner to provide 24 x 7 x 365 support services on Mitel phone system and associated applications. We are also looking for pricing on professional services. Montfort anticipates the needs for 75 hours of professional services per year but there’s no commitment to those volumes. Our current support contract is ending on January 26th, 2018. We are looking for support on the following equipment and applications:
