Description

This Request for Quotation ("RFQ") is an invitation by Hopital Montfort ("Hospital") to prospective Proponents to submit proposals for the provision of supply and delivery of as well Optional Items on an as and when requested basis, under a minimum Two (2) year agreement with optional three (3) one (1) -year renewal extensions.

This RFQ is issued for the purpose of obtaining Quotations for computing devices and various other accessories.

The hospital has an immediate requirement for One of the following options found below. This immediate requirement must meet a 15:00hrs March 31st 2017 delivery deadline if not sooner. The products are described and must be priced according to Appendix E, Pricing schedule.

Option #1:
100    x      Wyse 5050 AIO PCoIP Zero Client
100    x      Wyse 5030 PCoIP Zero Client
50      x      Wyse 5030 Mounting brackets for P series monitor (09WMWY)
100   x    Dell 22” Monitor P2214H (or closest equivalent compatible with the above mounting brackets).

20 x Dell 24” Monitor P2414H (or closest equivalent compatible with the above mounting brackets).

Option #2:
200     x      Wyse 5030 PCoIP Zero Client
150     x      Wyse 5030 Mounting brackets for P series monitor (09WMWY)
200     x    Dell 22” Monitor P2214H (or closest equivalent compatible with the above mounting brackets).
20     x    Dell 24” Monitor P2414H (or closest equivalent compatible with the above mounting brackets).
