The House of Commons is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) as a means of gathering information for a Learning Management System.

The House of Commons (HoC) does not have a Learning Management System (LMS) in place. The HoC is exploring options for a cloud based, commercial-off-the-Shelf (COTS) LMS to enhance the organization’s training and development initiatives for a potential 5,000 to 6,000 users.
