DescriptionA - Previous Amendment

Description of Work: comprising of roof repair and partial roof replacement of cold-applied built-up asphalt roofing systems in 5 phases including related and interfacing construction/ project conditions.
Work will be performed under one Contract; bound by the Standard Form of Agreement of the CANADIAN STANDARD CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENT, CCDC 2, 2008 STIPULATED PRICE CONTRACT as amended.
The General Conditions and Definitions of the CANADIAN STANDARD CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENT, CCDC 2, 2008, STIPULATED PRICE CONTRACT, as amended by the Supplementary Conditions, shall govern the Contract Work.
The provisions of all Sections of Division 01 shall apply to each Section of this Specification.
Work in this Specification is divided into descriptive Sections which are not intended to identify absolute contractual limits between Subcontractors, nor between the Contractor and its Subcontractors. The Contractor shall be responsible for organizing division of labour and supply of materials essential to complete the Project in all its parts.
