Tenders are invited for the supply of all labour, equipment and material necessary to replace the ceramic floor and walls in the Patient Rooms shower/washroom in three (3) Courts of the Union Terrace (UT), Level 4 and three (3) Courts of the Grand River Terrace (GRT), Level 4 at Freeport Hospital, 3570 King Street East, Kitchener, in accordance with the specification and documents attached. The work in the Union Terrace will be done in three (3) phases. First phase work to begin May 2018, the second phase work to begin July 2018 and third phase work to begin September 2018. The work in the Grand River Terrace will be done in three (3) phases. First phase work to begin October 2018, the second phase work to begin December 2018 and third phase February 2019. These dates are tentative and may change slightly. This project is pending on the Ministry of Health funding and the feasibility of relocating Patients from Grand River Terrace (GRT), Level 4, South and East Courts.
Must meet mandatory requirements outlined in tender document.

Event Note

Bidders are invited to attend a mandatory site visit at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday March 15, 2018 to take measurements, photos and confirm the amount of work involved. Appointments at any other times will not be available. Meet at the Main Entrance of Freeport Hospital.
Due to the location and sensitivity of the patient areas, only one representative from each company will be allowed at the site visit.
