Bids are invited and will be received up to 10:00 am Newfoundland Time, Thursday, September 12, 2019 for the above referenced open call with a public opening at 10:30 am.
Bid documents must be obtained from a service provider.

Bids must be submitted on our official “Invitation to an Open Call for Bids” form, placed in a sealed envelope marked with the tender number and name and hand carried to:

Bids will be opened publicly in the Arts & Administration Building, Room A1004, 230 Elizabeth Avenue, St John’s Campus.
In the event that the University is closed earlier than normally expected prior to a scheduled Open Call closing for that day, or for the full day, the closing date for those Open Calls will be extended to the next business day for the University at the same time as listed originally.
The University does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any bid.
